Located within minutes of Bentonville’s greatest hits, our home offers the ideal home base for anyone looking for good food, great sights and world-famous MTB trails. During your stay, you’ll have access to two cozy living rooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, outdoor living and a bike storage and maintenance area.
The space:
When you walk through the front door, you’ll immediately enter into our first living area. Here, you’ll find a cozy blue couch, two leather chairs and a wooden coffee table, all sitting inside our bay window. To the left of the seating area, you’ll see our shuffleboard table and a cabinet with Monopoly, chess, checkers, playing cards and puzzles - perfect for a game night with the crew! From here, you’ll also have access to our large, wrap-around patio.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
