This stunning 5 bedroom property is divided across 4 levels. The formal living room goes through to a spacious kitchen which has air conditioning and top of the range gas & induction hob, teppanyaki plate, two separate ovens and a plate warmer. The dining table seats up to 8 guests and leads out onto the garden with further outdoor seating.

Fulham is a hugely popular residential area of London, particularly for young professionals and families alike. It benefits from its proximity to Kensington & Chelsea. There is no shortage of options for food and drink in Parsons Green. One of London’s leading restaurants; The renowned River Café, is within easy walking distance. The Crabtree is a delightful pub by the river with a beer garden. Tinto Coffee and Local Hero are also popular cafes for a coffee or breakfast. The nearby Harwood Arms offers award-winning delicious food in a casual and relaxed environment. The Brown Cow which has a typically British menu and the house is conveniently located near to the Parsons Green Farmers' Market which is every Sunday from 10am - 2pm. Parsons Green, Hurlingham Park and Bishops Park are all delightful green spaces near to the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
