French doors open up to the outdoor patio, complete with a fire pit and gathering space, providing the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family. The fenced yard not only offers privacy but also a secure area for pets and children to play. Upstairs you’ll find two more beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two cozy twins. The upstairs bedrooms have a shared full bath. Whether you’re inside or outside you will feel right at home here as you take in the beauty and enjoy the activities of Coeur d’ Alene. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - 1 King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom (ground floor) 2nd Bedroom - 1 King Bed with Shared Bathroom (second floor) 3rd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds with Shared Bathroom (second floor) This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
