This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated in the charming Coeur d’ Alene Garden District, less than a mile from the vibrant downtown. As you step inside, you’ll notice a warm and inviting atmosphere combining modern and antique decor.
This home features a cozy wood stove in the living room, perfect for chilly evenings and a fully stocked kitchen ready for as much or as little cooking as you wish! The large main bedroom is located on the main floor, furnished with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful, tiled shower. French doors open up to the outdoor patio, complete with a fire pit and gathering space, providing the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family. The fenced yard not only offers privacy but also a secure area for pets and children to play. Upstairs you’ll find two more beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two cozy twins. The upstairs bedrooms have a shared full bath. Whether you’re inside or outside you will feel right at home here as you take in the beauty and enjoy the activities of Coeur d’ Alene.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
