When making a reservation, please note this is making a reservation for BOTH homes which are across from each other, for total of 15 bedrooms sleeping 38 people.
We allow pets but there is a $35/night per pet fee which we will request separately.
If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.
*Please note that a valid ID from the primary guest and a signed rental agreement are required to finalize your reservation.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
