Luau was built in 2006 and sits on the highest ridge on Sandestin and has wonderful views. It’s a short walk to the beach from the pool deck! The access is beside the Beach House restaurant (formerly Elephant Walk). Luau amenities are fabulous! There’s a 4000 s.f. saltwater pool with a swim under a waterfall, kiddie pool, fitness center, and grill area. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy! *To keep our prices as low as possible, the prices listed do not include beach service. This gives our guests the option of purchasing beach set-ups on their own if desired. Beach set-ups, which consist of 2 chairs and an umbrella, run around $25/day or $120/week.
