Welcome to Home Away From Home! We’ve created this house for all-out family relaxation and bonding. Home Away From Home is located in the pastoral South Farm District, on the beautiful Barn Hill Park with a perfect view of the Windhaven Horse Farm. In the evening, you can sit on the porch under the bistro lights and watch the horses enjoy their training. Just step off the porch to enjoy the expansive lawn, or fire pit with plentiful seating. This rare feature is perfect for families with dogs or small kids.
The minute you walk into this open-concept house, you will feel your stress melt away. The large, comfortable L-shaped sectional couch fits the whole family for movie night, game night, or just to talk around the fireplace. The 45-inch smart TV has apps available for all major streaming services. You can also enjoy cable TV with 150 channels, so you can see your favorite show or catch the big game. Relax in the evening at the community fire pit. Stroll through other neighborhoods on your way to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Home Away From Home has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Home Away From Home. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
