Built into the hillside, Villa Blue Sailing’s main entrance opens into the upper level comprising a stylish open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living/dining area, and a spacious covered terrace running the length of the house. The views from the terrace are stunning of the sea and the westerly orientation offers beautiful sunsets that can be fully appreciated from the covered outdoor lounge and dining area. Below, the ground floor has a sunny deck area around the pool with chic yellow loungers and a poolside gazebo with double daybeds for relaxing in the shade. The deck is bordered with lush tropical foliage and a neat hedge in front that perfectly frames the azure view of the sea.
Villa Blue Sailing’s bedrooms feature color schemes of sky blue, eau de nil, and warm orange with king-size beds and each bedroom has a TV and its own bathroom with an open shower and his & her sinks. Two bedrooms are situated on the lower level and directly access the pool terrace and the third is housed on the upper entrance level.

Please note that at the beginning of March each year there is an Electronic Music Festival (SXM Music Festival) on Happy Bay beach. There will be loud noise pollution during this time.
