Villa Paula is located in the small village of Budak, next to Stankovci. It is only 30 kilometers away from the town of Šibenik and 30 kilometers from the Krka National Park.
The nearest beach is in Pirovac, which is about 15 kilometers away.
This newly built villa is located in a relaxing rural environment, offering its guests a stress-free vacation. Furnished in a modern style, this villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room with kitchen and dining room and one bathroom. On the first floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In addition to the rooms, there is one more bathroom.
Outside, it offers a newly built swimming pool and barbecue.
The villa is very cozy and provides complete comfort to its guests.
In the outer part, there is a fully fenced yard with a private pool surrounded by deckchairs. There is also a covered terrace with furniture for relaxing and enjoying coffee or evening cocktails. In the yard there is also a grill with a dining area for preparing traditional Mediterranean specialties. While the adults are barbecuing, the children can have fun playing table tennis.
A beautiful view of olive groves, vineyards and endless greenery awaits you on the balcony.
