All of Big Bear Lake rentals have to verify their ID and be checked in at our checking agent, Sky High Cabins, 41933 Big Bear, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. This is per our permit and City code. There is a MAX 3 parking spots allowed and MAX 10 occupancy - code enforcement will cite anyone that parks on the street or exceeds the parking spots or max occupancy or that violates the noise ordinance as does all of Big Bear Lake.

Per Big Bear Lake code, you will first need to check-in at our office and show a copy of your ID which must match your reservation - our office is located at 41933 Big bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 - please bring your ID. Our office hours for check-ins are Monday through Thursday 1pm-7pm, Friday and Saturday 1pm-9pm and Sunday 1pm until 7pm. Please let us know in advance if you will be checking in outside of those hours. Should you need to arrive outside of those hours we will need 24 hours’ notice as this are our normal operating hours. Once you have read a copy of the cabin rules and regulations, we will then give you the access code to get into the property.
Parking: The City of Big Bear Lake limits Parking to a maximum of 3 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood.
All trash must be taken off-site per Big Bear Lake rules that will be emailed to you or it is $25 per bag left behind.
All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy and vehicles you cannot exceed either or it is subject to immediate eviction without refund and $200 per person over occupancy.
No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line per our permit and City rules. Please do not trespass onto neighbor’s backyard at anytime.
Village distance: 10 minutes away from the home.
Slope distances: Snow Summit is 9 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 9 minutes away from the home.
