Watch golfers tee off from hole #1 or snowboarders shred down the slopes from the wraparound deck and patio. Cozy up to the brick fireplace downstairs or the wood burning stove in the game loft that is outfitted with shuffleboard, foosball, skee ball, wall-mounted tic-tac-toe and much more.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Prepare recipes in the spacious kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances and use the mixology set to craft cocktails. Gather for meals around the eight-seat dining table.
GREAT ROOM
Two memory foam queen sleeper sofas set the scene for relaxation. At night, get cozy by the wood-burning fireplace and stream shows on the 65” smart TV with a DVD player.
BED &BATH
The first-floor primary suite offers a California king bed, large closet, blackout curtains, and 55” smart TV. The first-floor bath features a tub/shower combination and overhead heater. The upstairs bedroom boasts two queen beds, a walk-in closet, blackout curtains, 55” smart TV, and an en-suite bath.
The loft is outfitted with two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds and two twin trundles, and direct access to the upstairs bath with tub/shower combination. All beds are fitted with memory foam mattresses.
GAME ROOM
Endless fun awaits in the game loft, outfitted with shuffleboard, foosball, skee ball, wall-mounted tic-tac-toe, a 55” smart TV, built-in bunk beds with trundles, a wood-burning stove, and access to an outdoor balcony to take in the fresh mountain air and see the stars.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy golf course and mountain views from both the balcony and the wraparound deck. In the evening, host a cookout on the double-sided grill and dine alfresco.

Moonridge is a hillside residential area on the south end of the Big Bear Valley and is surrounded by national forest. Moonridge is home to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, Big Bear Alpine Zoo and the Moonridge Corridor. Many properties in Moonridge have spectacular ski slope views and/or lake views.
Free Big Bear Trolley:
Mountain Transit’s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, and a mudroom equipped with a washer/dryer, utility sink,umbrellas, and storage for gear.
Parking is available for (2) vehicles in the garage (77” height clearance) and one additional car can park safely in front of the garage.
The walk-in closet in the upstairs bedroom houses a pack & play, extra space heaters for cold winter months as well as additional blankets.
