Once you step inside this newly upgraded two story cabin, you are in the heart of the home!
KITCHEN, DINING AREA AND UPPER DECK:
The kitchen offers new stainless-steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave, and a full coffee bar, complete with complimentary Starbucks coffee (3 different varieties), Torani flavored syrups, cream, sugar and an assortment of teas! The kitchen also features a farmhouse style sink and seating at the breakfast bar, and is fully stocked with all the pots and pans, bakeware and kitchen accessories you’ll need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.
Making your way to the dining area, get cozy in one of the oversized leather swivel chairs and enjoy a nice warm fire in the wood-burning fireplace. There is a large Roku-enabled Smart TV, visible from the kitchen and sitting area as well. The built-in corner dining table offers a great space to enjoy a meal, work remotely, play a board game or sit and sip your coffee while gazing out the windows at the beautiful wooded view. Just off the sitting area is upper deck access, where you can step out and enjoy the fresh air, a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon cocktail, or grill on the propane barbecue.
GUEST BEDROOMS AND BATH:
Down the hall you will find a full bath on the left stocked with complimentary luxury Terra Pure toiletries. At the end of the hall is the first guest bedroom offering a Queen bed, a dresser and ample closet space. To the right, the second guest bedroom offers a Queen bed, a dresser, ample closet space and a Roku-enabled Smart TV.
DEN / GAME ROOM:
Downstairs you will find the cozy den area complimented with an oversized sectional sleeper sofa, wood-burning fireplace and a large Roku-enabled Smart TV. There is also a variety of board games and card games provided and throw blankets for all!
MASTER BEDROOM:
The spacious master bedroom is off the den area, providing a California King size bed, a dresser, ample closet space, a Roku-enabled Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom stocked with complimentary luxury Terra Pure toiletries.
LOWER DECK, HOT TUB AND BACKYARD:
You can gain access to the expansive lower deck from the downstairs. Step out and enjoy the brand new built-in hot tub! There is a large dining table with umbrella and an additional picnic table for the kiddos. This home is pet friendly! Be mindful that the large backyard is not fenced in, but your furry friends are more than welcome to enjoy the outdoor space with you! Enjoy the numerous natural pine trees and plenty of outdoor space for activities, games and more!
You can park a maximum of three cars in our driveway.
There is no street parking allowed in Big Bear Lake.

Moonridge is a hillside residential area on the south end of the Big Bear Valley and is surrounded by national forest. Moonridge is home to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, Big Bear Alpine Zoo and the Moonridge Corridor.
Free Big Bear Trolley: Mountain Transit’s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the City and greater Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
