Green Pines Lake Retreat - just a 5 minute walk away from Big Bear Lake and a longer stroll to the Village - an amazing cabin nestled amongst pine trees in an upscale quaint tree-lined street that is right by the water and an amazing place to visit. Custom woodwork and decks along with an amazing area to have a glass of wine and chat while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire pit outside or inside roasting by the fireplace this Retreat is in one of the most desired locations in all of Big Bear. The entire cabin just a short stroll (approximately 5 minutes or so) to Big Bear Lake with a quiet tree lined street makes this cabin a great place to stay! Entire cabin is yours. In the app 24/7 for assistance or questions. The lake is a short stroll away and it’s central and close by to many attractions. The lake is at the end of the street and is approximately 5 minutes or so at the end of the street. Car is essential in Big Bear. ****We cannot grant access to the cabin until the rental agreement is signed with the Good Neighbor Brochure - please note no code will be sent earlier than 4pm and only with the signed agreement per the City of Big Bear Lake**** Parking: The City of Big Bear Lake limits Parking to a maximum of 2 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood. 5 Person occupancy All trash must be taken off-site per Big Bear Lake rules that will be emailed to you or it is $25 per bag left behind. All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy and vehicles you cannot exceed either or it is subject to immediate eviction without refund and $200 per person over occupancy. No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line per our permit and City rules. 2 parking spots available. Village distance: 8 minutes away from the home. Slope distances: Snow Summit is 10 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 14 minutes away from the home. We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay.
