This villa encapsulates all that is great about Ubud within one place, its superbly large and spacious design dominates the verticality of its overall structure. With 6 bedrooms located in different portions of the house, this villa thrives in being wide open and perfect for your family gatherings. In each portion of the house you will find naturally cold breezes that drift and flow through the entirety of the villa with no effort. Its grandiose nature means that the villa allows for great utilization of space, with a gym, massage room, a ‘secret’ passageway that leads you below the villa to access a private enclosure that has a full 180 degree view of the lush rainforests which immerse one half of the villa. Next to your very own massage beds, you get the view of the tropical paradise that immerses your senses with peace and serenity throughout your entire massage session, soothing your body after a productive and incredible workout done in the completely equipped gym with neighbors in your massage bed area. Not only that, you also have a choice of other sports activities by playing ping pong using our ping pong table which is specially provided for our guests. After that, you may take a stroll along the forests that accompany the villa or sit back on the sunbeds under the straw umbrellas. An outside area by the pool can be used as a yoga shala or sports area. You have an amazing view over the jungle, a nice breeze and can jump straight in the pool after completing your workout! Our kitchen is also fully equipped, including an oven, a two-door fridge, Moka Pot, pans, kitchen utensils. You and your friends or family are invited to whip up a memorable meal together in your private and spacious kitchen, accompanying the kitchen island is a large 10 person dining table easily capable of hosting large family gatherings! Otherwise, if you fancy more of a gourmet experience for lunch or dinner, we offer a private chef (at extra costs) to come to your villa and serve selected dishes - from vegan meals, BBQ, to classic Balinese dishes.Please let us know a day in advance. A breakfast, lunch, dinner, and kids menu are available and will be delivered to the villa at extra cost. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 6-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 14 guests, with the 13th and 14th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies.
