Maintenance staff is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You may also hire a private chef or cleaning staff for an additional fee. The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay. The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies. Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car. Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules. The community is located at kilometer 204 of the Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima. Within minutes, you’ll find minimarkets, gas stations, and direct access to Chincha, Pisco, Paracas, and Ica, perfect for exploring the southern coast!
