This updated 2 bedroom, one bath vintage island cottage is located in the historic Kings Terrace Subdivision and situated on a large .33 acre lot.
Sammy’s has a large back deck perfect for sipping afternoon cocktails while enjoying the beautiful live oak trees and wonderful island sunsets.
The nicely furnished living room has a 48" flat screen HDTV with an upgraded cable package and plenty of seating for you and your family! The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom each have 32" flat screen smart TVs and very comfortable bedding. Your doggie will enjoy the roominess of this cottage as well as access to plenty of walking trails in the area.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- • Dogs are welcome with $100/pup non-refundable pet fee.

- •1.9 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 3/4 mile to Pier Village
- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
