Killington, Vermont! Nestled just off the main road on Tanglewood Drive, this
pet-friendly four-bedroom, three-bathroom sanctuary is perfect for families
and friends seeking an unforgettable stay. The Tanglewood Lodge comfortably
accommodates up to 8 guests across two floors, offering ample space for
everyone to relax and unwind.
The open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, is designed
for entertaining and will inspire your inner chef as you create culinary
masterpieces for your loved ones. Gather around the spacious dining area for
delightful meals and conversation, or cozy up in the inviting living room,
complete with a gas stone fireplace and smart TV for movie nights. Stay
connected during your getaway with high-speed WiFi throughout the property,
ensuring that you can work, stream, and surf with ease. For added comfort
during the warmer months, we’ve added window AC units to keep the lodge cool
and pleasant.
After a day of adventure in Killington, unwind in the outdoor hot tub or
lounge on the deck while grilling up a storm with the BBQ grill. The
Tanglewood Lodge also offers a variety of games to keep everyone entertained
during your stay.
Retire to one of the four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your
comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and ensuite
bathroom, providing a restful sanctuary for the head of the household. The
second bedroom offers a twin bunk bed with a convenient jack and jill
bathroom, perfect for siblings or friends to share. The third bedroom is
furnished with a cozy queen bed, while the fourth bedroom houses a bunk bed,
two twin beds, and ensuite bathroom, making it ideal for additional guests or
children.

exceptional amenities, the property boasts a Tesla Powerwall as a battery
backup in case the power goes out, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted
experience for our guests.

• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to
mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You
understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks
may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any
bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property
manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may
have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us
for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as
you please and for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times
depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may
be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the
outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete
your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the house pointed at the
driveway and front door. Cameras are not in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use NoiseAware, smart home technology
that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond
to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy
compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please
ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do
anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Up to two dogs will be considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk
beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and
property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the
use of the ladder.
• The garage space houses a separate apartment that the owners use
occasionally. The garage is separate from the main house and not available to
guests. No amenities or common space is shared.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and
recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel
drive and winter tires are also recommended.
