ROAD ACCESS CONDITION Villa Wellness Paradise owner has made a superbly paved access road in providing a smooth and seamless arrival. Designed with utmost precision and care, this road allows vehicles to navigate effortlessly, eliminating any concerns or challenges related to accessibility. ROAD ACCESS Please note that road access to many villas in Bali, including this one, is often narrow and best suited for motorcycles or small cars. For larger vehicles, such as a Hiace with 14 seats, access is possible but may require careful navigation. Should you need assistance with transportation arrangements, our team will be happy to help ensure a smooth arrival and departure. CONSTRUCTION IN PROGRESS We would like to inform you of the construction work underway next to the villa. We fully understand the importance of a peaceful stay and, while we cannot completely eliminate noise, we have taken steps to minimize its impact. Please know that we are extremely attentive to your experience and are always available to address any concerns you may have. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 6-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 14 guests, with the 13th and 14th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person applies.
