VILLA OLIVIA is a charming and spacious Villa located in a central and strategic location in Lucca in the district of San Concordio, a 5 mins walking distance from the main attractions and sites of Lucca as well as from the train station and shops. The Villa comes with private fenced parking and private garden a lovely relaxing outdoor fully furnished with sunbeds, loungers and sofas for chilling aperitifs and BBQ to grill some meat to accompain your glass of wine! The Villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The interiors have been renovated in late 2018 featuring quality mattresses and furniture. Bikes with lockers provided. The locations is unbeatable: The Villa is located in a 3 mins walking distance from several groceries, many shops, bars and a supermarket as well as in a 5 mins walk away from the Walls and Porta San Pietro and just 7 mins walk away from the train station of Lucca. There you can be in the city centre of Lucca with all the comfort of having your car available securely parked for free inside the property.
