No smoking, pets or parties. This apartment does not have air conditioning. Please note, the steps up to the mezzanine bed in the second bedroom are narrow and may not be suitable for all guests or very young children. The kitchen is equipped with most key amenities, however does not have a toaster. The WC is separate from the bathroom. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift.
