<p>This exquisite 4-bedroom house is situated in Grotto Bay along Cape Town’s West Coast within a private nature reserve. The remote estate provides 24-hour security with cameras throughout the estate to ensure you and your family’s safety during your stay. Although this is a remote estate you are within walking distance to a private beach as well as many walking paths within the reserve where you can keep an eye out for Rooi Duiker Bokkie, tortoises, ostriches or enjoy the abundance of wildflowers and natural fynbos. Neighboring towns would be Melkbos, Yserfontein and Darling, all are about 30km away, and you will find everything you need as there are no shops in Grotto Bay.</p>

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
