Welcome to Sequoia Ridge! This beautifully updated chalet is nestled in the perfect location in the woods, all ready for your next Sierra adventure with the comforts of home and more! There’s plenty of room for friends and family to gather in the impressive great room with stunning rock hearth and wood burning stove, accented with vaulted ceilings and decorator lighting. Adjacent is the large dining area and fully stocked gourmet kitchen. 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 baths, and a large deck round out this mountain masterpiece. The game room under the house (must access from outside) is perfect for the kids and kids at heart and is equipped with a TV, Pac-Man video game, foosball table, and darts. The deck is the ideal space to relax among the trees and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Don’t forget you are only 10 minutes from Big Trees State Park, 25 minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort, and 25 minutes to the town of Murphys. Bedrooms: The primary bedroom suite is located on the main level with two Queen sized beds and a private bathroom with jetted tub. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located upstairs off the loft, one with a Cal King bed and one with a Queen bed. The loft has a trundle day bed (2 twins) for more sleeping options. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor. The laundry room is on the main floor.
