The open-plan indoor space is beautifully designed for groups to enjoy. A lavish dining room, modern kitchen, comfortable living room, and breakfast area combine to create a stylish place to relax, have fun, and make memories with friends and family. Four luxurious guest suites are furnished for a great night’s sleep, and several of the rooms have en suite bathrooms and direct outdoor access.

Four bright, airy, and stylish bedrooms comfortably sleep eight guests. The primary suite has a sumptuous king bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a patio with outdoor seating.
Two of the guest suites also feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms, plus direct access to the pool area.The final guest room features two twin beds that can be converted to a king on request, plus direct access to the guest bathroom. Each suite features a high-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and plenty of storage.
After a good nights sleep, step outside to find a palm tree-lined pool and spa, al fresco dining for up to eight guests, a stone BBQ grill with a bar, lounge seating, and a fire pit. All of this is beautifully framed by stunning mountain vistas, and the yard is walled and gated for privacy. Spend sun-soaked days by the private heated outdoor pool and spa – there’s plenty of space to catch some rays on the day bed and chaise lounges, or grab your favorite book and take a break from the sun under an umbrella or the covered veranda.
The stone BBQ cooking station, bar, and outdoor dining area combine to create the perfect setup for al fresco meals. The poolside lounge is ideal for an aperitif or two, and the firepit will quickly become your favorite spot for after-dinner relaxation.

No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV’s, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
Monthly Stays – Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
