The property, with wonderful views of the valley, swimming pool (7 x 3 prof 1.30), BBq, air conditioning, is the ideal location for those who want a quiet vacation but only 15 minutes from Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio.
The property consists of the villa and the annex. The villa has become an elegant and charming home for 14 guests where the simple spaces of a former country house have been transformed into harmonious environments and the interweaving of poor and rich materials have created an ideal home for a relaxing vacation.
The villa is located in Camaiore, in a valley on the slopes of Colle Zacconi that has always been frequented by Italy’s intellectual and artistic elite, including Luigi Pirandello, Vittorio Gassman and Mario Monicelli.
The house has retained the features and characteristics of the old farmhouse without having to give up the contemporary comforts of a modern villa: all rooms have TV and air conditioning, mosquito nets, there is a comfortable and modern equipped kitchen, alarm system, automatic gate, garden, various relaxation areas and shady spots scattered in the greenery.
Inside the villa, the old exposed beams and bricks have been preserved, the floors in colored cement tiles of the period.
The villa is spread over 2 floors for about 200 square meters and consists on the second floor of 2 double bedrooms and two bedrooms each with a single bed convertible into a ,double bed, a full bathroom with shower. The ground floor offers the kitchen with Carrara marble countertops, 2 living rooms, one of which has a single sofa bed, game tables and bookcase, a dining room, a relaxation area, gym equipment, a full bathroom with shower. Under the beautiful veranda is the outdoor dining area with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBq. The outbuilding , former barn , is on two levels and offers a living room , kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and 2 full bathrooms with shower.
The property is completely fenced and has an entrance with automatic gate and video intercom : the large garden , manicured with plants and flowers ,is equipped with tables , chairs , deckchairs , table tennis , hammocks , also around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 4 people. Completing the outdoor space is a soccer field for the exclusive use of guests.
