Villa Escalina is on three levels: from the main road, where there is a private car park (which can accommodate up to 3 cars) you enter via a staircase to the main entrance: entrance hall , wonderful large living room with a view of the gulf and access to the beautiful terrace , dining room , fully equipped kitchen , small bedroom with a single bed, small bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, guest bathroom . The stairs lead to the lower floor where there is another living room with terrace , a second kitchen , a double bedroom , a single bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. The main entrance leads via a beautiful wooden staircase to the upper floor where we find a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a third double bedroom and a third bathroom with shower. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
