The entrance door leads into the bright living room where there is a comfortable sofa, a dining area and a brand new fully equipped kitchen. The living room has two bright windows from which, looking out, you can enjoy the view of the sea.From the living room you enter the sleeping area consisting of a bright double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, two complete bathrooms with shower. Both rooms overlook the service terrace where the laundry area with the washing machine is located.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
