The flat is on two levels.
The flat opens with the bright living room, where there is a comfortable double sofa bed sleeping 2 peole, dining area and kitchen with fully equipped island, and characterized by large windows with sliding doors that lead to the magnificent sea view terrace furnished and equipped with awning. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with private bathroom, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. A second bathroom with shower completes the flat. From the private door of the flat, through the staircase, you can access the solarium terrace for exclusive use where there is a Jacuzzi and a relaxation area with views of the beach and the beautiful coastline. The solarium is equipped with electric awning, outdoor dining area with gazebo and gas bbq. A private parking space is available in front of the main entrance of the building where the flat is located.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
