Il Borgo Mediceo (375 sm), consists of three independent recently restored units, furnished with refined design objects or works designed by the owner or purchased over time in antique markets. The property is surrounded by 2000 sm of a beautiful enclosed garden with rare and sought-after tree species. The renovation was taken care of by the owner, who is a well-known architect, and has been published in famous international magazines.
The main house (155 sm) is structured on two floors: the ground floor consists of a bright elegant living area, furnished with sofas, a library, a fireplace, and a dining table. Then you will find a lovely fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and with a direct access to the external porch, equipped with a dining table witn chairs, ideal for alfresco outdoor lunch/dinner with friends.
