Mavis is Located on the top floor (up 4 x small sets of stairs) in much loved and reputable holiday complex of only 8 apartments all sharing a large sun-drenched pool and immaculate grounds, this desirable property has wonderful sense of space, style and security.
This stunning apartment is set over 2 levels and features 3 large bedrooms (1 x Queen, 1 x Queen and 2 x Singles), 2 bathrooms, 1 undercover car space (not to mention a lockable storage cage for those Noosa Tri & Surfing fanatics or even beach equipment), open plan kitchen, living and dining. The internal stairs are not suitable for children under 10.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
