This is a lovely and spacious second floor one bedroom condo in Playas del Coco and centrally located in the sought after Pacifico gated community to reach all the pool in a few steps. It is a nice and peaceful location but super close to the shuttle to the beach club to the pools to the town. The bedroom has a king bed with TV. The balcony is large and relaxing. You will be at peace the moment you enter this open space floor plan. Enjoy all the amenities!
This is a one bedroom beautiful condo. As you enter the kitchen, you will find it fully stocked with all the items needs for cooking. There is a spacious living room with TV. The bedroom and living room opens to the large balcony area overlooking the gardens. The bedroom with king bed with TV has a spacious walk in closet with safe. This bathroom has two sinks and spacious shower. Wifi is 300 megas and excellent for the virtual workers! This is a self check in service. Beach towels included. There is complimentary parking and also golf carts available for rent with charging areas in the complex. This is a private gated community with access by QR code.
You have full access to the condo. The community pools are shared along with the hot tub. There is also a fabulous Pacifico beach club which is $25 per person per day and acts as a credit that is used for food and drink. There are shuttle hours and location close by to take you to the Beach Club.
This condo is self check-in with keyless entry in which you will receive check in instructions 2 days prior to arrival. We are available by whats app or email but if you need us, we are in town and happy to help you. Our team is here to help you have a great stay.

There is a gym in town to enjoy. We have a private Club for our guests located by the park in Playas del Coco for early luggage check as well as a place to enjoy during your stay. It is only for our guests with complimentary coffee, wifi, co-working space, beach towels and secure parking.

Please remember we offer unlimited shampoos, conditioner and soap but not for toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning items. We provide starter supplies. Please make sure to respect and follow the rules of the Pacifico community and complex. You will see those listed throughout the community. Please do not "save" chairs by the pool. The guards will remove the towels and take those to lost and found. The airport to use is LIR airport and you are 25 minutes from this airport. There is a SJO airport in which you are 5 hours away. Playas de Coco is location 90 minutes from Rincon de la Vieja volcano, 4 hours from Arenal, 1 hour from the surfing beach Tamarindo, 15 minutes from Playa Hermosa and 1 hour from many other fabulous beaches. There is great fishing from Playas del Coco. We are a full concierge service and can gladly set up all your tours, rental cars and direct you some fabulous people to help make your vacation a great one!
