If you’re looking for the perfect getaway with a great balance between

right in the heart of the city on 4th South, which is the main trolley line
for the city and has countless restaurants, shops, and attractions within an
easy walking distance. The neighborhood is located on the east side, which is
considerably nicer and more walkable than other parts of the city. Salt Lake’s
famous Library Square is located just 3 blocks west of here, and with a
trolley stop just a block away, the entire city is easily within reach in a
matter of minutes.
The home is stocked with high-end furniture and furnishings. The bed is a

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
