The walk-out ground floor with a living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV, a kids-size ping pong table, a separate office room, and a brand new washer and dryer in the utility room. Travel upstairs to the second floor and you will find one large bedroom with a queen bed on one side, two twin beds on the other, and an en-suite full bathroom in between the two. <br><br>There is plenty of seating and table space on one of the two decks for everyone to gather or grill for those family summer BBQs. The yard also features a new outdoor shower was recently built along the back of the house.
