The Magic Sands Retreat is a quaint 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage just around the
corner from the famed Magic Sands Beach and the Ali’i Drive beach corridor.
Just a 10 minute walk to the most popular beach in Kona!

The home is nestled in the middle of tropical and mature landscaping. Enjoy
the sounds of local birds in the trees. Although modestly sized, this home
offers several areas for entertaining, reading a book or soaking up the sun.
The home offers easy access to Magic Sands Beach through a public deeded
access trail. Great for a morning swim or playing in the surf.
Immediately upon walking in, you’ll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen
adjacent to the Living Area. Kitchen features granite countertops, gorgeous
cabinetry, Large Island, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven!
The Living Area is comfortable, dining available at the Island or the Dining
Table. Split Air Conditioning System Available in the Living Room & All
Bedrooms have Wall AC units!
Cable TV & High Speed Wifi Internet are featured in the property. TV in the
Living Room!
One of the guest bedrooms is featured as a Media room 2 twin beds & has a
