Welcome to Heliconia House! This remodeled and furnished two bedroom and two bathroom duplex has its own private pool. A short stroll to the Holmes Beach shopping and restaurant area, tennis courts, boat ramp, pickleball courts and dog park just around the corner. Guests will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing a gourmet meal or cook outdoors on the gas grill. The living area is spacious, with plenty of seating for family and friends to take in a movie on the flat panel HDTV. Gather around the breakfast bar to enjoy your meals. The master bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest room has 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. Washer and dryer are available in the property. Heliconia House accommodates up to six people. Enjoy outdoor living under a covered patio area and use the gas grill to fire up a great dinner. Also enjoy the common park area behind Heliconia House there is access through the gate at the rear of the pool. Heliconia House is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non- refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet per stay.The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. The Holmes Beach Dog Park is just a very short walk away. Beach items - chairs, cart and umbrella. There are two parking spaces reserved for the guests of this property. Pool heater coming soon. Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. VRC-16-000319
