Experience the perfect coastal getaway in this luxurious ocean-view home,
located just more than one mile away from both Tamarack State Beach and
Carlsbad Village. Start the morning with a nearby coffee shop and then take a
refreshing dip in the resort-style pool (with safety fence) or relax in the
hot tub. On the two levels of this up-scale interior, there is a king suite
with a private kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, a cozy ocean-view living
room, and a family room with Netflix streaming on all the TVs, including a
65-inch TV with 7.1 home theater system. Enjoy a game room fitted with a
foosball table, pool table, and board games, and a tabletop arcade. Home chefs
will revel in the newly installed range oven and the full kitchen with
stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Complete the perfect
evening with an alfresco feast prepared in the stainless steel BBQ grill and
then gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out.

Pool and spa heat work on same heat system so only one can be heated at a
time.

the beach.
