On the two levels of this up-scale interior, there is a king suite with a private kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, a cozy ocean-view living room, and a family room with Netflix streaming on all the TVs, including a 65-inch TV with 7.1 home theater system. Enjoy a game room fitted with a foosball table, pool table, and board games, and a tabletop arcade. Home chefs will revel in the newly installed range oven and the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Complete the perfect evening with an alfresco feast prepared in the stainless steel BBQ grill and then gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out. Pool and spa heat work on same heat system so only one can be heated at a time. Pool heats at about 1 degree per hour. The property is 0.9 miles / approximately a 4 minute drive / 20 minute walk to the beach. Approximately 1.4 miles to Carlsbad Village / 6 min drive / approximately 30 minute walk.
