The kitchen includes a very large bar area with 6 barstools and tons of space for appetizers, cocktails and entertaining. The family dining table sits right off to the right side of the kitchen. It has seating for up to 8 people. A separate round table off the living room is perfect for card games and relaxing. The master suite includes a king sized bed, 2 night stands, sitting chairs and a 50" Smart TV. The master suite includes it’s own personal office which is tucked away next to the master bath. The office has a library desk and office chair and a bookcase with lots of good reading. It’s a great place to get some work done while enjoying the quiet backyard scenery. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a soaking tub, stand alone shower and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom one has a queen bed, dresser, 2 nightstands w/ lamps, closet and 49" Smart TV. The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed, 2 night stands with lamps, and a 49" Smart TV. The guest bathroom is shared by the 2 guest bedrooms. It has a single vanity and a tub & shower combo. To the left of the kitchen you’ll find a hallway that leads into the laundry room. There is a private entry into the laundry room and it hides an entry into the 4th bedroom which is a private guest suite. The guest suite includes a King sized bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, closet, and a 49" Smart TV and has mountain views. This guest suite also has a private entry to the pool area and its own bathroom with a standing shower and single vanity. The backyard is your own private slice of outdoor, Arizona living. It includes a beautiful resort-style pebble tech pool! There is also an above-ground 4 person hot tub for your relaxation. Enjoy some time in the sun lounging on the 4 chaise lounges beside the patio umbrella while you take in the beautiful Saguaro covered, desert mountains and throw some horse-shoes. ***Please note the pool is not able to be heated, but you can use the inviting outdoor heated spa at your leisure. ***1 dog allowed with prior approval only.
