Effortlessly charming inside and full of contemporary furnishings, you won’t find it hard to relax when you need a bit of time out of the sun. A fully fitted kitchen is ready and waiting for you to crack out your culinary skills and whip up some delicious dishes before tucking in on the dining table. Open plan, light and bright, stick your feet up on the comfy sofas whenever you like and find yourself glued there for hours. Accessibility Statement - Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa is located within a hilly/mountainous area, and sits in an elevated position. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide. The front door has a width of 120cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 300cm wide. The pool area has a small lip down from the patio area to the hot tub area. This can be seen in some of the images. The terrace is a mixture of grass, tiles and decking. The pool itself has step access. All bedrooms have a door width of 86cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 76cm. There are 24 steps to the first floor.
