This Moab retreat is perfectly designed for multiple families or groups of friends. It has a spacious layout and the 3-bed/2-bath configuration is perfect for welcoming up to 8 guests.
Our townhome is ideally located just a 5min drive from downtown where you can check out all the great restaurants and shops and we are conveniently situated 15 minutes from Arches National Park and just a 45-minute drive from captivating Canyonlands National Park. Can’t wait to get out on the greens? Don’t forget to book a tee time at Moab Golf Club which is only two miles from the front door!
Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.
The patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days’ activities! In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV’s and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!
