first floor and overlooks the pool area. It is an end unit which makes it
light and bright. The condo has a large, spacious, open plan living with large
flat screen TV and dining area. The open plan kitchen has been totally

but relax and enjoy your stay on Anna Maria Island in this tastefully
decorated property. The primary bedroom has a King bed, the guest bedroom

EXTERIOR
Westbay Point has more to offer. There is a 52 ft. by 30 ft. heated community
pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. This property also has a dock so you can
enjoy the local fishing off Anna Maria Island. The complex is tucked away on
the Bay side of the Island but still close enough to take a stroll to the
beach, walk to shops and the library or take the free trolley anywhere on the
Island. Enjoy the outdoors by the large, shared pool area. Relax by the pool
in one of many provided sun loungers and work on your tan. If you like to get
active, pick up your tennis racquet for a friendly game on the courts. Rent a
boat for the day or longer and use the provided dock. Catching dinner made
easy! This property includes access to a dock that is shared between the other
units on site. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your
visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or
under 65 (Florida Resident only - all others over the age of 16 needs a
license). To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle
shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes
Beach, FL 34217).
There is one parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking
spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large
trucks, or RV parking.
This property has a 30-night minimum stay requirement. The Condo Association
requires an application.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be
a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and
night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful
enjoyment of their private property.
