Welcome to our two bedroom GAMING apartment in the centre of Sofia. Two bedroom, two bathroom, ultimate experience for all of you, who put entertainment as their TOP priority, when choosing an apartment to stay in. Among the apartment’s perks are the pool table, 4K Ultra HD TV sets and air conditioning in all rooms.
Strong WiFi connection is covering the entire property.
The space has been completely designed in the gaming spirit with decorations on the walls of your favorite Fortnite, WoW and Call of Duty heroes.
The apartment is designed in darker colors with stone and wood being the main materials of decoration. Our goal was to achieve the perfect ambiance for entertainment and fun.

Location is very central, which means you will be at a walking distance to the lively city center of Sofia - Vitosha Boulevard - where most of the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are located. 10min walking you can also find a large mall with plenty of stores, food court, cinemas and entertainment zone.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • Parking on the streets in the area is paid.
- • The apartment is supplied with bed linen, towels and hotel cosmetics.
- • Baby crib is available for 20 EUR/stay upon request
- • Please note that there is no elevator in the building, but the apartment is located on a high ground floor - there are just a few steps.
- • Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
- • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
- • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
- • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
- • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it - clean and tidy.
- • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
- • SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! :)
