Our full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you will need to cook a fine meal. There is a grab bar in the shower for those who need it! This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. And there is a reserved parking space just for you, with a charger for electronic vehicles! There is a smart lock on the entry door so you will be able to enter with a lock code that we will send to you prior to your stay. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. There is an on-site parking space which will allow you to travel about easily with a car or you can use Uber/Lyft for a reasonable fare. We do have a decibel monitoring system that is required by the Homeowners Association (HOA) so that we can monitor to make sure guests maintain a reasonable volume... AKA, no parties allowed. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Larger vehicles will not be allowed to park in the designated parking area.
