Here, a marble spiral staircase connects all three floors while stunning views captivate your attention at every turn. The ocean beckons in the distance as the whole development lays before you peppered with lush vegetation and palm trees.
Guests enter this villa on the top floor, which is capped with a palapa roof. At this level, you find two bedrooms and a large vestibule. Head down the spiral staircase to the pool level and you enjoy an open-plan living and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen that opens to the main terrace through large patio doors....

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- This home is nestled toward the back of the gated community of Real Del Mar in La Cruz de Huancaxtle. Perched on a cliff facing south and southeast, Real del Mar consists of 59 private residences nestled amongst 30 acres of verdant foliage, manicured road and pathways. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Bay of Banderas, La Cruz Marina, Puerto Vallarta and the majestic Sierra Madre mountains.
- Social life at Real del Mar centers around the exquisite beach club on a beautiful, exclusive white sand beach. The club offers world-class tennis courts, a gymnasium, a spa and a gorgeous infinity pool. And, with the marina just around the corner, there’s no shortage of excellent water sports to enjoy nor superb fresh seafood to delight in.
