We are delighted to present Penrose, a wonderful beach-house boasting fantastic sea views, direct access onto the award-winning Saundersfoot beach and off-road parking.
Occupying a prime location on The Strand in Saundersfoot, Penrose provides the ideal space for a family holiday at any time of year. The incredible far reaching coastal views can be enjoyed from most windows, with a balcony off the living area offering a wonderful space to relax as the waves lap onto the beach below. The large patio terrace can be accessed off the kitchen/dining area and here you will find garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining and taking in the sea air, while the children play on the beach. Steps down from the terrace provide direct access onto the sandy beach.
Penrose enters into the hallway with doors to all rooms and stairs to the upstairs accommodation.
Ground floor:
Kitchen/Dining Room: Well-equipped with all you will need for your self-catering holiday including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. Large dining area comfortably seating up to 8 people plus a small sofa looking out onto the terrace. Patio doors lead out onto the large terrace with direct beach access.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer.
Shower Room: Shower enclosure, toilet and basin.
First Floor:
Lounge: Comfortable sofa seating for up to 8 people with large screen Smart TV. Sliding doors capture the picture perfect views and lead out onto the balcony - an amazing place to watch as the boats come and go from the harbour.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with built in wardrobes providing ample storage.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (can be made into a super-king on request). A window seat looks down onto The Strand below.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, separate shower enclosure, toilet and basin.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: Double bed. Built in wardrobes for ample storage. Door to ensuite.
Ensuite: Shower enclosure, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 4: King-size bed. Drawers for storage. Door to ensuite.
Ensuite: Shower enclosure, toilet and basin.
NB: Bedrooms on the second floor have low sloping ceilings as shown in the pictures.
Outside to the front of the property you will find parking for up to 2 cars.
Penrose is located on The Strand and as such is just a few minutes flat walk from Saundersfoot’s delightful range of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The scenic working harbour is also within a few minutes walk and, being right on the doorstep of the renowned Pembrokeshire Coast Path there are some beautiful coast path walks to be enjoyed in either direction.
Saundersfoot has so much to offer that we doubt you will want to leave - if you do decide to explore further afield, the seaside town of Tenby is just a 10 minute drive away and Penrose is centrally located for enjoying the best of Pembrokeshire’s diverse beaches and coastal path as well as the many family attractions nearby.
