• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Villa Leandra is a beautiful 5-bedroom property accommodating 8 to 10 people. The property is conveniently located in a quiet, secure residential domain (with tennis court) overlooking the golf course of La Begude, just 5 minutes from Valbonne Village.
This wonderful family villa set in a private domaine, offers 5 comfortable bedrooms and spectacular views over the surrounding countryside all the way to the sea. The house is fully air-conditioned with all, except one bedroom, on the ground floor.
There is a large American style kitchen that is very well equipped and completed with a breakfast bar. Guests will enjoy a cozy living room that leads out onto a covered terrace with dining table and lounge area where one can soak up the stunning views.
The ground floor offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely terrace in front of the bedroom with 2 sun loungers. Ideal for some additional privacy all whilst enjoying the beautiful view over the garden towards the sea.
There are 2 more double bedrooms and the fourth bedroom on this floor is suitable for children.
The fifth bedroom with ensuite shower room is located on the first floor and also has an independent access.
The beautiful garden has been very thoughtfully landscaped with a lot of flat lawned gardens and is perfect for families with children.
Lastly, this villa is located just 2 minutes from one of the most beautiful and prestigious golf courses of the French Riviera and is an ideal setting for those seeking a golf holiday in the South of France.
