Built in 1875, the property has been stylishly renovated and modernised, yet still maintains charming period features that connect its guests to a rich history. This grand home can accommodate up to 12 guests, with 6 air conditioned bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The heart of the home is the spacious open plan grand room, complete with large entertaining kitchen, dining table and oversized lounges in front of the fireplace. Located just across the road from Corbett gardens, you are within easy walking distance of all of Bowral’s cafe’s restaurants and shops. Please note that due to the high standards of this beautiful home, party groups are not accepted and smoking inside is not permitted.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
