Where will I be? Villa Nova sits up on the headland at Gerroa. The house has spectacular views over Seven Mile Beach, the Illawarra Escarpment and right across to Culburra. Shops, cafes and restaurants are a ten minute drive away in Gerringong or a 15 minute drive away in Berry. Why choose Villa Nova? Spectacular views await you on entry into this modern, newly built home. Park at ground level and enter the living, dining and kitchen space across the elegant polished concrete flooring. The lounge area opens out onto a large covered outdoor terrace with stainless steel dining table and benches. You can access the beach by taking the steps down from the deck and walking along the grassy headland. How is the property laid out? Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The king bedroom has a private balcony with a view out to the ocean plus an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining and lounge room with polished concrete flooring running smoothly through the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. A breakfast bar seats four and the wooden dining table seats eight. The lounge area has comfy seating, a large flat screen TV and coffee table.The kitchen is full equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric hotplate, Coffee machine (some capsules provided), double fridge/freezer with ice water system.There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower, bath, vanity, mirror, and toilet. WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? Villa Nova has multiple outdoor areas. There are two balconies, one off the main bedroom and one off the living area. Sliding doors open up to stunning views of Seven Mile Beach. On the ground level there is an undercover area with outdoor dining table, gas BBQ, benches, and direct access down onto the grass. The headland outside this property is unfenced, so small children need to be watched. There is also an outdoor shower. Staying warm or keeping cool? Villa Nova has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, a ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in the main living area. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway, and garage parking for one car. Please be aware of the steep driveway. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
