With its stunning ocean and farm views, The Shed. Gerroa. is the ultimate escape. This unique escape is architect designed and set on an acre overlooking 100 acres of lush green farmland that rolls down to picturesque Gerringong Golf Course and secluded Walker’s Beach. And we always offer a late weekend checkout on Sundays at 4pm because we know you won’t want to leave!
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
Where will I be?
The Shed Gerroa is located 90 minutes south of Sydney, set on one acre overlooking farmland and the ocean between Gerringong Golf Course and Seven Mile Beach. Just a few minutes’ drive from Gerringong’s charming cafes and shops, beautiful Werri Beach and coastal walks. Berry and Kiama are a picturesque 10 minute drive away.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
