Discover Bergrose Lodge located in a quiet corner of Vail Village, nestled along the Gore Creek on the western edge of Lionshead. This luxury five-bedroom townhome is a short walk into the heart of Lionshead Village with easy access to Eagle Bahn Gondola. In the summer months, you can step out onto Gore Creek’s recreational pathway, providing access to miles of walking, cycling, and exploring the river.
As you enter the home, you’re immediately welcomed by stunning views of Gore Creek through the great room’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Its open floor plan provides the ideal space for relaxing and entertaining. Gather around a towering stone gas fireplace and big-screen TV in the living room. The chefs in your group will enjoy the spacious gourmet kitchen. With plenty of counter space and a 6-burner Wolf stovetop and two ovens, preparing meals will be a delight, not a chore. Off the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 6-8 guests. The kitchen counter has bar seating for two and there’s a breakfast nook with a table for four.
Outdoor living space offers tranquility and privacy. A deck off the main level has a gas grill and seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
In the home’s lower level, you’ll find a family room with a spacious seating area, large flatscreen TV, and wet bar, with direct access to the back patio private hot tub for warming up after long days skiing on Vail Mountain. The primary bedroom is on the main level with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, all with ensuite bathrooms.
SKI ACCESS
You can walk directly down the path to Lionshead Village and Eagle Bahn Gondola, just a few minutes walk from the home.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado’s mountain towns are busy with construction each spring, summer, and fall. This home is experiencing disruption from a nearby project. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows. Rates have been reduced to accommodate inconveniences that may be present.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April.
