It’s northerly aspect and high position provides panoramic views beautiful natural light and a serenity away from the bustling beachfront, while being only 8 minutes walk to Orion Beach. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the balcony with expansive views to Jervis Bay. With plenty of room for family and friends this house will appeal to everyone! Recently refurbished with a new kitchen and furniture, The Lighthouse is a comfortable and affordable house for a group of friends, or extended family. Finally, please note that this house is in a quiet area, and no parties are not allowed at this property.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please take music, loud talking and any other noise disturbance inside by 10pm
