Escape on a romantic weekend to The Barn - luxury barn-style adults only accommodation in the prestigious suburb of Burradoo. Nestled within the gardens of a private home, yet totally separate and private, guests can enjoy a luxurious weekend exploring the Southern Highlands. The Barn is very centrally located - only 4km from the Bowral town centre - in a leafy pocket of Burradoo which is known for its wide streets, beautiful homes and immaculate gardens.
Accommodation is for 2 adults in a loft style queen bedroom with a magnificent chandelier as a centre piece. Downstairs has a sun-drenched living area and the kitchen is equipped with all new appliances. The home is whisper quiet and the landscaped gardens are visible from every window.

Where will I be?
The Barn is conveniently located in leafy Burradoo, just 4 kms from the main street of Bowral. It is within easy driving distance of Bowral, Moss Vale, and all wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions.
Why stay at The Barn?
The Barn is a romantic hideaway where guests can shut out the hustle and bustle to enjoy a secluded and private stay. Both the living area and loft style bedroom are spacious. The setting is relaxing, yet the location is close to good restaurants, wineries and shopping.
How is The Barn laid out?
Enter The Barn by walking around to the back of the dwelling. The entrance door leads into the kitchen and lounge area, with the bathroom / laundry also being located downstairs. The stairs lead up to the loft style queen bedroom.
Please note that the fireplace is decorative only.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
The Barn is located in Burradoo and the property does not have reliable WiFi. Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.
Please note however that neither Property Manager nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. This is especially the case at The Barn.
If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The Barn is nestled within the gardens of a private home in Burradoo. There is an outdoor dining seating provided, as well as a gas BBQ. Strictly note that the pool at the main residence is not available for use.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There is a reverse cycle air conditioner at the top of the stairs leading to the loft bedroom, and a bar heater in the kitchen. Please note that the fireplace is decorative only.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
The Barn is supplied with luxury linen and towels.
Parking for cars?
There is secure parking for two cars. You will receive instructions on car parking in your pre-arrival email.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
The Barn is not pet friendly. Please ask for a list of our many pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
