Why choose Secret Spot Gerroa?
As the name suggests, Secret Spot Gerroa has a special location and layout that will surprise you! The property is very private, has stunning views that can be taken in from a large deck, and is blessed with a beautiful garden on the downhill side of the house. Guests also have plenty of space to spread out during their stay as the house is set over two levels, with double living areas.
How is the property laid out?
Secret Spot Gerroa is accessed from Headland Drive via either a pedestrian path or a steep driveway that brings you to a parking and turning area for vehicles, as well as the entrance to the house. Guests have use of the double lock up garage. Access to the house is via the front door or a second door that leads from the garage area into the kitchen.
The upstairs level of the house has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which adjoins a full width deck overlooking the garden and Seven Mile Beach. The master queen bedroom opens to the deck and has breathtaking views of Seven Mile beach. It has an en-suite bathroom. On the main level there is also a full bathroom for guests, or for a warm shower when you return from the beach with wet gear.
The lower level of the house has two bedrooms. One is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and beach views that opens to the garden, the other a tri-bunk bedroom suitable for children. There is also a rumpus room with a TV that opens to the garden and a second kitchenette with its own fridge and dishwasher.
The kitchen is equipped with an espresso Sunbeam mini barista coffee machine. Ground coffee is required, not pods.
