It is set in a beautiful, lush 1,100m2 garden complete with paths within a canopy of mature native trees planted over 20 years ago by a professional landscape designer. You will wake up to the sound of birds and go to sleep with the croaking of frogs. This house will connect you back to nature and the best of Gerroa. With two levels, a full width deck, three bedrooms and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, it is a perfect holiday house for up to 7 guests. The Gerroa beaches and Blue Swimmer Cafe are within walking distance of the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
